N\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm je nad\u0161en\u00fd, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee sd\u00edlet v\u00fdsledky klinick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu monitoruj\u00edc\u00edho hepatologick\u00e9 pacienty.<\/p>\n<p>Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s uzn\u00e1vanou Slovenskou technickou univerzitou jsme spustili pilotn\u00ed projekt s n\u00e1zvem \u201cTELMED\u201d, kter\u00fd je zam\u011b\u0159en na poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed vysokokvalitn\u00ed terci\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de pacient\u016fm s pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi chronick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi jater.<\/p>\n<p>Do projektu bylo zapojeno 28 pacient\u016f ve v\u011bku od 26 do 70 let, kte\u0159\u00ed byli registrov\u00e1ni v registru cirh\u00f3zy RH7 (NCT04767945). Vybaveni nezbytn\u00fdmi monitorovac\u00edmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi a podpo\u0159eni neust\u00e1lou technickou podporou byli tito pacienti monitorov\u00e1ni po celou dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu, k dispozici m\u011bli technickou podporu na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00ed telemonitoringu odhalilo potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdhody, v\u010detn\u011b krat\u0161\u00edch pobyt\u016f v nemocnici, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry readmis\u00ed a zlep\u0161en\u00e9ho vyhodnocen\u00ed pro kandid\u00e1ty na transplantaci jater. Tyto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed transforma\u010dn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l telemedic\u00edny v p\u00e9\u010di o hepatologii, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1 propast mezi kvalitou, n\u00e1klady a \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee telemedic\u00edna nen\u00ed jen budoucnost\u00ed \u2013 je to p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed. Vyu\u017eit\u00edm s\u00edly technologie si klade za c\u00edl redefinovat standardy p\u00e9\u010de a zah\u00e1jit novou \u00e9ru pacientem zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ipojte se k n\u00e1m v na\u0161\u00ed misi dos\u00e1hnout lep\u0161\u00edho zdrav\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm lep\u0161\u00edho monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed.
