Premium Partner

Exclusive access to telemon products.

Upgrade option to Strategic Partnership after 1 year.

Goal: Secure 1-year exclusivity as the country partner, with all other partners connected to exclusive telemon provider.
Opportunity to extend exclusivity to 5 years as a Strategic Partner.

Partner terms and benefits:

  • Goldmann Systems will not offer services/products in your area without your consent for 1 year.
  • Exclusive access to telemon products: All implementations in the given market will be exclusively offered on your tenant and under conditions agreed upon with your agreement.
  • Dedicated EN demo tenant, and implementation support.
  • Implementation of 1 device from supported list of devices (medical devices registered in targeted region)
  • KNOX Mobile Device Management configured for the Surveillance center
  • Yearly SLA for dedicated demo tenant, 2 new versions in the year, cloud fees included
  • telemon end user training for consultants and sales + user manuals (up to 10 people)
  • telemon operation and maintenance training (Surveillance center representatives, up to 10 people)
  • Partner marketing, 50:50 joint investments (5 000 EUR budget allocated from Goldmann)

Strategic Partner

Exclusive access to telemon products for 5 years.

Dedicated telemon production instance, co-funded marketing activities, and comprehensive support for 5 years.

Goal: Secure 5 years of strategic exclusivity as the country partner. All other partners are connected to exclusive telemon provider.

Partner terms and benefits:

  • Goldmann Systems will not offer services/products in your area without your consent.
  • Exclusive access to telemon products: All implementations in the given market will be exclusively offered on your tenant and under conditions agreed upon with your agreement.
  • The basic commission/discount is 30% of the price of the license, 20% of the price of SLA and maintenance, 10% of the price of services = work.
  • Access to collaborative partner marketing initiatives, including shared sales and marketing data, comprehensive marketing support, and joint investments 50:50 (€15 000 from Goldmann)
  • telemon DEMO tenant and PROD instance maintenance and SLA , (2 new versions per year
  • 5 demo kits (Samsung HUB + 7 medical devices)
  • Technical presales and deployment consultation services
  • Dedicated Partner Account Manager
  • Joint business plan (starting 2nd year expected partner generated telemon revenue plan €250K/Year/Country)

Partner conditions:

  • One-time telemon licence fee of €50,000 to build a dedicated telemon production instance in local cloud infrastructure.
    GS will create an instance (or tenant) in additional languages (EN + 1 language) and with the support of devices available for the given market (min. 2 of each type).
  • Minimum sales volume requirement to ensure mutual commitment and success: 1st year after Partner tenant will go live – €50,000, starting 2nd year – €100,000/yearly. Otherwise GS has the right to withdraw from the contract.
  • Termination of the contract or Termination of exclusivity can also be without reason with a notice period, e.g. 24 months – commission rules apply to in-progress business cases contracted after the end of exclusivity.

Fee: 50 000 EUR one-time initial payment. Yearly partner fee 10 000 EUR
